Since 2009, Living Stone Ministry has recognized 40 clerical floras 40clerical throughout Kandhamal & Kalahandi Districts. All of these 40 Village are led by volunteer leaders. Leadership development program helps build an individual’s leadership skill and capacity to excel, both personally and professionally, in their role and Village. The best leadership development programs are research-based and build needed competencies while preparing leaders to tackle the challenges they face. So, our focus of the Leadership Development program is to build the capacity of these Village leaders. To strengthen Vicar, Revivalist and lay leaders; we conduct quarterly for 5th days residential training program for extension of Ecclesiastical Planting Ministry. LSM supports the growth and development of these Vicar to help them be equipped to guide, grow, and lead their place of worship.
